Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Please read carefully. These Terms explain how you may use GrantPilot. They are not a substitute for legal advice. If you use GrantPilot for an organization, you confirm you have permission to agree on that organization’s behalf.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using GrantPilot, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
GrantPilot helps organizations find grants, write applications, build budgets, organize documents, and manage reviews. Amber provides recommendations and drafts. People on your team review and approve before anything is submitted to a funder.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account.
- Plans include a set number of users for your organization. Roles control who may approve budgets or submissions.
- We may pause access for misuse, security risk, or unpaid invoices.
4. Amber and AI help
Amber’s suggestions are drafts and recommendations only. Humans must review and accept content before submission. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of materials you send to funders.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of your organization content. You give GrantPilot permission to host and process that content only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use.
- No attempts to bypass security or overload the system.
- No uploading of malware or content you do not have rights to use.
7. Fees
Fees follow the organization plan you choose on the Pricing page (or a signed Enterprise order). One monthly price covers your organization up to the included user limit.
8. Disclaimers
GrantPilot does not guarantee funding awards, funder decisions, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
